Love Muscles

Friday, March 19, 2010

I can’t help but hear the women walking beside me in the mall a few days ago say “We love muscles!” as I saw a man walking past us from the other direction. Some women really love men with muscles. they find it very appealing and sexy I guess. When we used to work out in a gym long time before, I heard this story of some men using testosterone cream to help them build up these muscles much easier. Go for the all natural ones that are free from side effects then if men feel the need for the most powerful muscle enhancing, fat burning product that is available in the market then I don’t see anything wrong with that as long as they make sure it is safe and effective.

Windy

Windy! I love it when it is windy outside. It has been for the past few days and it makes me miss home. There is not much to see in this neighborhood. If I decide to go to the church nearby then maybe it would be nice. The clouds in the sky though is threatening to rain in awhile and with no umbrella to bring there we might as well go there at another time. Now we just went outside, enjoying the wind and the shade since Mr. Sun is in hiding again.

Summer Time

Wednesday, March 17, 2010

It’s summer time in this part of our world and it seems everyone I talks to the last couple of days are talking about where to spend theirsummer vacation. Looking through these different options of vacation destinations and vacation packages, I became interested in these Branson vacation packages. Branson claims to be the live entertainment capital of the world. I

‘d want that - entertainment such as live musical dinner shows, comedy, or magic shows which I know the lil boy will enjoy as long as there are no clowns with colorful hair that is; relaxation; adventure; and other thrills but not so much just what my heart can take in the heat of summer. They may not have the beach some if not most of us wants to hit during the summer but you can take and enjoy a serene boat ride in the so called Table Rock Lake.

Summer time is fun time especially for the kids who are taking a break from school and home work. Let’s take a summer vacation!

Luxury Nap

I have been blessed recently but I think I should also take care of my health from work. So today after working for awhilewhich isn’t easy when you have a three year old trying to divert you almost all the time, I decided to have a luxury nap since it rarely happens when the lil boy finally took an afternoon nap. I cannot sleep soundly though as I still need to check on the lil boy once in awhile as he keeps on moving and he might fall from the sofa bed as he like to toss and turn sometimes in his sleep.

I am thankful for that nap as I was able to recharge my brain a bit and let it rest for awhile. Though I feel like I woke up with a slight headache building up. Maybe I should take a bite for this may just be my tummy feeling hungry.

New Uniform

Tuesday, March 16, 2010

A new uniform was proposed for hubby’s office and the recommendation was that they would be wearing tuxedos. Actually some of the employees in their marketing department have long been wearing tux as their uniform. Since then I have been scouting for neckties around whenever I get to the mall.

But these exclusive selection of designer ties and designer neckties, I saw at Tie-Neckties which has most of the good necktie brands at discount prices and  best designer neckties around like Atkinsons, Cavallieri, Tino Cosma, Laco, Parsley, Chevalier, Fiorio, and Mont Pellier. I still am not used to seeing hubby in tux and wearing a tie but it will be required from them in the future so I have to get used to seeing him in it.

Dismayed

I guess like me, a lot of Manny Pacquiao fans were dismayed by the boxing match we saw yesterday. The boxing experts here are also dismayed. It became a one man show of Pacman. It was Joshua Clottey who was afraid to take risk and chances. Clottey was going home with $2M anyway but he was just mostly on the defensive side. I did not watch the match in the middle of the fight for it was becoming boring to watch with Clottey just hiding mostly behind his gloves. But I admire Clottey for he was never knocked out depsite the many punches he got from Pacman. There was supposed to be a great match if not a good show especially for the almost 51,000 people who watched it at the Cowboys Stadium. I dunno I was not excited for this match anyway unlike the other previous boxing matches of Pacman. Good thing we did not get PPV or else I would have regreted it so much.

Strictly Formal

Monday, March 15, 2010

Hubby was invited to a wedding of one of his old friends whom he had last seen many years ago. he was kind of worried cozthe invitations says “strictly formal”. The male entourage as he was informed would be wearing tuxedos. I told him if he likes the idea of wearing tux too, I can find him one. A few days ago, I was looking for for formal wear for my dad who will also be attending a rather formal event. But he said he would not wear a tuxedo but I have to find him something else that is still formal.

The tux though is an important attire for any formal affair such as weddings or such events as awards night. But for some who works in the service industry, it can be a must-have attire and there are affordable discount tux available. You can find these tuxedos at FormalTux. There are also tuxedos for rent for those who might opt not to buy it for one time use for special events or ocassion only.

Tamagotchi Mametchi Rainbow Sled

The blue Tamagotchi Mametchi Rainbow Sled of the McDonald’s Happy Meal toys which is one of the toys that the lil boy got from the Tamagotchi set of toys. The lil boy is always excited whenever we get to go to any McDonald’s store for either dine in or take out coz he knows he will get another toy to bring home and play with. At least the toys are nice and he likes these kind of toys that run like toy cars. It is often cheaper too to buy these since it comes with McDo meals rather than those we buy in the department stores where it is more expensive and of course there is no free meal that comes with it.

Happy Monday and this will be my Blue Monday entry this week. Have a great week ahead!

To Be Sure, Insure

Sunday, March 7, 2010

My neighbor was telling me the other day… “To be sure, insure!” She might have meant it that to be sure whatever happens to us given there are natural disasters happening around the world, we might think of getting ourselves insured. The simplest and most affordable they say is to get a term life insurance that will insure you and will give you a death benefit if you die during the period stated in the insurance policy. This may be good for those who have a family, with children, or leave something behind to cover your funeral cost so that the ones you’ll leave behind unexpectedly won’t worry as much, with financially concerns that is. I say it is practical to have one though I am still thinking if I’d get one for myself.

Sleep Early

Saturday, March 6, 2010
I promised myself I will try to sleep early from now on. But look what time it is anyway. It is already past twelve midnight and I am still working. It will be true anyway, I will sleep early… as in early in the morning. In fact it will be too early coz it is so early in the morning right now here. Am I a workaholic? Not really but it so happens that the boys and I went out and we got back rather late and am now on overtime with working on my pending chores and tasks. I’ll try to work faster and call it a night or should I say early morning.
