Birds Chirping

Friday, May 4, 2012
One of the blessings of waking up early is being able to listen to the birds chirping. Blissful sounds of the morning glory. The neighborhood is not yet abuzz with their daily chores and routine. It’s more quiet outside that’s why one can hear the bird clearly even inside the house.

Growing up my mornings would be filled with the relaxing, natural soundof birds chirpingwhere I used to live at my parents’ house. There were trees onour vacant lot next to the house and the birds would be clearly heard chirping early morning when the sun is not fully up yet.

I love the sound of birds chirping. There’s a relaxing feeling that it brings to me making me feel I am close to nature and far from the hustle and bustle of living near the heart of the city.

Early to Bed, Early to Rise

I went early to bed last night and look who’s up and early to rise? Me! I am probably no longer used to sleeping early, which is not really that early in the night actually. But since I slept earlier last night compared to my usual sleeping time, now I woke up too early as well.

I actually want to sleep still yet I can no longer sleep and found myself tossing and turning that Ifinally decided to get up while thinking at the same time if it would be more comfortable to sleep on a log bed than the bed we have now. My mom and dad would would most probably encourage me to use that kind of bed rather than the one we are using.

Well I am up early, I might as well do some work early so I would be more free later on with other chores and stuff. A blessed first Friday morning to all!

Afternoon Nap And Walk

Saturday, April 28, 2012
The summer sun is slowly hiding behind the trees as it is about to set down in more than an hour. It ain’t that hot anymore. I think the little guy and I could use an afternoon nap then have an afternoon walk outside when we wake up.

I am so sleepy right now. I could really use a power nap to make my brain working faster to get work done faster so I could free up all my time tomorrow for my boys and our family get together. The little guy though ain’t that sleepy and maybe I could just make him sleep early tonight so he can have a long night sleep so I could work straight and focused tonight unless we go out and buy a few stuff at the grocery.

Anyway, that afternoon nap is something I don’t want to pass up now. Even for just a few minutes, I could recharge and rest my back.

New Store

Friday, April 27, 2012

There is a new store nearby that I wanted to check out. It is a store selling bikes mostly yet there are other accessories and stuff that they also sell. We went to make a quick checkon that store the other day and it made me think maybe I should bring my bike here and see if they can find a way to get it fixed.

There was a guy next to us there who was actually looking for a replacement shield specifically for hjc motorcycle helmets. Our little guy actually heard him and tugged at me asking what the guy was looking for. I pointed out to some helmets on the display shelf and told the little boy that the man was looking for something like those helmets. He then told me that he wants one! Well he should have a bike first before he even would want a helmet to wear it for.

Who Remain True Behind Your Back…

Wednesday, April 18, 2012

“Life’s not about people who act true to your face. It’s about people who remain true behind your back.”

This tweet from someone that came out on top of my timeline indeed has a point when it comes to friendship, trust and relationship. I have come to know that in this life, we get to meet so many different people, with so many different kind of attitude and personalities, basically from all walks of life.

Now who do you really trust among these people some of whom you would probably proudly call your friends? Are they really your real, honest and trusted friends? Up front they may appear to be such. But would you know if and when they stab you from behind and break your trust when they are not in front of you? Now that is something to think about in this life we have.

I read from someone lately something to this effect that you gain the trust of another by breaking the trust of someone else. In this world I have, I don’t know sometimes who I could really trust. Because if I follow my instincts, there are really many backstabbers out there. Now what do I do? Nothing but just try to pray for them.

Remembering something I read before… conquer your enemies with love! *wink*
