Both hubby and I are getting conscious of our body weights and we feel the need to cut down on the food we consume so basically that calls for a diet and the much needed daily exercise. A friend of ours has lost quite a lot of weight and he attributes it to diet and using one of those treadmills that he said will really help. (more…)

Wake Me Up

Wake me up please coz this cloudy, gloomy day makes me so sleepy. Worse it makes me wanna crawl back into bed as I fight myself from dozing off here. Maybe it could also be my monthly visitor that makes me more sleepy the past few days. Not to mention that I do not sleep much that if this goes on my pimple would grow out of proportions and before I knew it I maybe needing some acne treatments. But I think my case is not that something to worry. Maybe a good breakfast would do. (more…)
