Cloudy Holidays

It seems to be every year that we experience cloudy holidays. Like now I am getting sleepy as it has been cloudy whole day and in the past few days. But at least it is not raining well at least not yet. We usually stay at home for fear that it might rain and we have CT with us. I guess the rain should not stop us from actually enjoying the holidays and going to the mall where there are sales and midnight sales going on. (more…)

Almost Finished

My sister’s new house is almsot finished. When we went to my parents’ house yesterday to celebrate Christmas there, my dad wanted us to go with my sister and other family members to visit her house. Tips to Stop Your Binge

Are you the kind of person who likes to binge? In short, do you have a binge eating disorder? If so here are just some tips where you can stop oyur binge:

• Never keep your trigger foods in the house!  It’s always harder to binge on food that isn’t readily available.  
• Start with a good and healthy breakfast that way you will start off the day full and hopefully would be less likely to binge. (more…)
