Tips to Stop Your Binge

Are you the kind of person who likes to binge? In short, do you have a binge eating disorder? If so here are just some tips where you can stop oyur binge:

  • Never keep your trigger foods in the house!  It’s always harder to binge on food that isn’t readily available.  
  • Start with a good and healthy breakfast that way you will start off the day full and hopefully would be less likely to binge.
  • Buy binge foods in small, single-serving quantities. When you buy in bulk, there’s always a reason to eat more.
  • Grocery shop with a list and do not go there on an empty stomach! This will prevent purchases that are unnecessary and could trigger a binge. Otherwisethe next things you’ll shop would be weight loss products.
