Crash Diet
Monday, January 12, 2009If I may call it I am having a crash diet sort of since I have gained some weight during the Christmas holiday. My sis told hubby I have grown - sideways and I know it’s true. You just cannot resist to eat the delicious food you have during Christmas and New Year. I am even skipping my meals now doing a brunch so thatmakes it two meals a day and less rice compared to how much I can consume before. The exercise part I still have not done though if you can count doing the laundry and getting some sweat there then that’s my exercise for the meantime. Well there are other alternatives and friends have been telling me there are fatburners like Apidexin that can make the job easier if I wanna lose those fats in my tummy fast. I have not tried any yet but if times do go deperate then maybe just maybe I will consider. For now, less rice, more activity and walking - well during Sinulog time this would be done.
