Losing Homes and Lives

The wildfires / bushfires in Victoria, Australia is one disaster losing not only homes but lives. As far as I know, there have been over 170 deaths including those of two young Filipinos. Australia as they say has been the most fire-prone continent in the world but the bushfires going on there now is the more fierocious now. (more…)

Flying Visitors

Hubby was cooking dried small anchovies when he asked me if I have noticed those flying moths in the utility roomat the back of the apartment where we do our cooking. I told him I noticed two of them yesterday while I was doing the laundry there. But tonight there were more of them and it is not good to see them (more…)

Strong

My CT seems to be a strong boy coz he was able to bend the rather strong metal part of the plug for the angel ceramic nightlight a few days ago and I have to look for another alternative to light up his room otherwise he will wake up crying in the middle of the night when he sees the room so dark.
