Where I Need to Lose

If there is something in my life where I need to lose, it must be with my weight. I need to lose weight. I tried but it seems I still eat more than what I am able to burn when I use the treadmill that hubby gave me as a gift for this year’s Mother’s Day. I try to skip meals which I know is not a good practice. So I think I may need that appetite suppressant so that I would stop craving for food especially late at night. I need to curb and suppress my appetite, burn more fats and increase my energy output.

Just like the past few days, at night when hubby comes home from work, I would eat what he brings home when he passes by the 24/7 fastfood along the way home.Then sleep in awhile which gives me no time to digest well what I eat at night and add more to the calories I need to burn the next day. Plus I have been busy with other things and lazy from doing exercise lately. Oh my! I’ll try to run for awhile right now and hopefully burn even a few calories on the treadmill.
