If we only have enough budget and extra money to renovate our very own house then I would have that done so months ago. The one thing we are that stops us from moving there is that it is far away from where we are now and that would make hubby farther away from his work. We were long before planningto renovate the house and have porcelain tile placed there particularly like the the ones I say at buytile.com and we have many plans and design for the house actually we just need to save more and more for the renovation. We can somehow save a lot later on if we stay in our own house rather than rent I guess.
