Late Snack
Tuesday, September 15, 2009We are having a late snack and I dunno if this is good coz I know I should be dieting already. I may be eating less rice but still I have to control the snack time food that I take in. I hope our plan to save and lessen going out will help me lose more I hope! I really need more physical exercise.I wannago backto biking something that has helped me sweat out a lot during my younger years and also go back to badminton. These are good physical activities aside from being fun too!
