Hiring someone these days may it be for your home or for the office, we need accurate information system that do criminal background check, pre-employment screening and drug testing on that person to be hired especially if we feel suspicious about the person’s personality. It may be too much for some people come to think of it but it is better to be sure you hired a good employee than to be sorry as it may even cost you your life.
Well just like for example, I was watching TV yesterday and I saw Alex Tioseco, an indie film critic who I first saw and recognized when he guested a month in a show hosted by Che Che Lazaro in ANC where there was a controversy on a director . Yesterday, I got curious why his guesting dates on that show was being flashed on screen. Then I saw at the end the year he was born - 2009. So I searched the internet out of curiosity coz his name rang a bell of something I have read in the news about a a tribute. Then I found the news online that he was killed with his foreigner girlfriend in their home. It was said to be an inside job as their new hire let the men who shot them dead into their house while another helper was tied up. The men fled the house after with the new hired help allegedly. So you see we have to be careful of whom we hire.We really have to minimize risks associated with a bad hire.
