Last night while I took a break and decided to watch TV, I saw Kris A. showing a ring she was wearing for safe keeping as she said. The ring was given by her father to her mother and was originally owned by Kris’ grandmother. I believe they certainly looked like the brilliant certified diamonds I saw a few days ago while doing my window shopping-hopping online. Those were Brilliance loose diamonds are hand-selected for beauty and radiance. How I wish I can have one! Oh la la!

Improve Your Health

Just a little about something that was shared to me on how to improve your health. Make use of our daily activities at home like cleaning, gardening and other house chores as it leads to some substantial exercise-and health benefits. In fact, we will be able to burn as many calories when we do basic household tasks like vacuuming and carrying groceries as we would while taking a brisk walk. No matter how little these tasks may seem, every little bit counts. It is but important that we have some physical activity for 30 minutes a day and slowly but surely we we’ll improve our health. My friend asked as a jokeif 30 minutes eating would help and I just replied what does she think? :)
