Be careful in driving! Yesterday afternoon on our way to church, we saw an accident on the street near the church entrance. A motorcycle had a head on collision with a car (a pickup style car). The motorcycle was crushed below the car and I saw on the side of a street a lady sitting and seems to be the passenger of the motorcycle. There was a police investigating the accident but the 911 ambulance was still on its way there. (more…)
We had a reunion with my siblings the whole day at my sis’s house. One of the things that we all had concerns with is watching our health. My sis who came home for a vacation with her family, said she almost came close to having problems with her heart. And she kept reminding me to watch my health especially my diet since I have grown a little big since the last time we saw each other. I am gonna go after the best weight loss pills if I really don’t do anything with my daily and reagular exercise. I can forego of the bike equipment I am wishing for and maybe just start even with early morning walks when hubby’s home to watch our son while I go out. The treadmill should be used once again eve if just for 5 minutes use in random during the day. Instead of walking outside, I can “walk” in the treadmill while watching TV. It’s worth a try or should I say it is a must from now on.
1. Tell us a story when you got jealous. ::: Jealous as with hubby? No I don’t get jealous and so far so good I have not been jealous yet with anyone and hopefully never have to be.
2. What is your least favorite thing about yourself? ::: Too addicted online and with FB games.

8. Some great bloggers lose their “mojo” and quit blogging. Could you see that happening to you? ::: I came close to that many times coz I wanna focus on taking care of my son. But I guess I could still use blogging to take away the boredom sometimes of being a SAHM.
9. What’s the biggest mistake you’ve made so far this year? ::: Maybe it could have been that we were able to find a new place where we could save more with rent. But I think we will just stay here until we will be able to buy a new house to stay.
Suddenly found myself thinking of saving, saving and saving more plus the thought of possibly investing in something stable and surely profitable. Sometimes no matter how you earn and save, it does not seem to match on how much the prices of necessities and other expenses fluctuate. But the effort will pay off in the future in case of emergencies (which I’m praying though won’t have to happen of course).
On the other hand, aside from savin I think we should venture into investing some of those we have set aside into something profitable which earns more than the interest from the bank savings. There are options such as saving in cooperatives, even to T-Bills which my dad did long before or for something bigger for like for some companies like those involving private placement memorandum. The thing is we just have to invest somehow so that our money will grow more instead of just staying in our bank accounts. But we have to make sure though that what we invest in are stable and safe. But there are risks involved in saving right and that cannot be avoided. As I have read just like what big companies deal with, the higher the risk involved in an investment, the higher the rate of return it’ll be. The question for me is how much risk am I willing to take when it comes to investing. Hmmm gotta think about this well! Good luck to me!

Woke up to a lazy Monday mood here and I wanna go out and enjoy the shade but there is a chair outside that is just too hard to sit on and relax. Would love to have something comfy and soft to sit on to outside and the solution would be to buy one of those outdoor cushions that I saw yesterday while my sis was asking me to shop for something online. Those cushions though may make it too comfy for the other neighbors we may need not just cushions but additional outdoors seats/chairs as well.
