Watch Your Health
Saturday, October 24, 2009We had a reunion with my siblings the whole day at my sis’s house. One of the things that we all had concerns with is watching our health. My sis who came home for a vacation with her family, said she almost came close to having problems with her heart. And she kept reminding me to watch my health especially my diet since I have grown a little big since the last time we saw each other. I am gonna go after the best weight loss pills if I really don’t do anything with my daily and reagular exercise. I can forego of the bike equipment I am wishing for and maybe just start even with early morning walks when hubby’s home to watch our son while I go out. The treadmill should be used once again eve if just for 5 minutes use in random during the day. Instead of walking outside, I can “walk” in the treadmill while watching TV. It’s worth a try or should I say it is a must from now on.
