I need to control my craving and eating habit. I think I should really skip snacks and desserts immediately after having a meal. Though I tried not eating rice, it seems I eat more bread and biscuits. Maybe I should go out more for long walks and try to burn what I eat especially they are mostly carbo but it’s the holidays and with Christmas coming there is so much temptation to eat or worse binge.
