Never Eat When You’re Stressed

Never eat when you are stressed, sad, angry or in a hurry. It can lead to more digestive stress like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) the symptoms of which are abdominal pain, altered bowel habit, recurring diarrhea, chronic constipation and bloated feeling. Eating when you are stressed tends you to eat more than what you need and if this happens often then you’d gain weight which is the last thing you need when what you need instead is to diet.
