One Thing I Wanna Lose
Monday, May 31, 2010If there is one thing I really, really want to lose right now, I wanna lose more weight. I might have lost a few but I need to lose more. I have been asking friends and people I know who lost weight abotu what their secrets are. There are a few of them who opted for diet supplements and just recently I was read about this ingredient called irvingia which helps in lowering and balancing cholesterol levels. At the same time, it is also said to help maintain blood sugar levels. So they are saying it is a great ingredient to facilitate weight loss. Maybe then this is something I should be looking for among the ingredients of a diet supplement I will be considering if ever. Also aside from losing weight, I think these cholesterol and blood sugar levels might be possible concerns of mine too when I do get to have a medical checkup soon. Come to think of it all now, one thing I definitely don’t want to lose though now is my life and my family. They are all I have! I may lose all but not them.
