What’s for Dinner?
Sunday, June 13, 2010What’s for dinner? I asked myself that question before I asked hubby the same question. He didn’t answer so I just said why not have some very hot soup for a change. I wanted something hot other than a dry or fried viand. So hubby went out and bought pork tamarind soup at a nearby restaurant after we got home from attending the afternoon mass.
I have been thinking about the tamarind soup since lunch after hearing from a friend that this helped her diet and lose weight. Browsing and reading constantly through those articles about Lipovox and other supplements that are made to make you lose weight makes me want to try natural ways of dieting all the time. But then I ate quite a few pieces of the pork with fat from the soup which I should not have done in the first place. I already told hubby we should not pork anymore and yet I ate again.
Okay I have to think of other possible non pork viands for tomorrow on our family get together. It would be an early dinner and I just wishI can really control what I eat tomorrow.
