Getting a TV Hopefully
Thursday, July 29, 2010My sister might finally get one of those nice televisions she has been trying to postpone buying since she still has to continue saving to finish her very own house. I told her it would be nice if she gets a widescreen lcd TV or the latest LED TV.
Her problem though is the tv’s signal reception since her neighbors seem to have that same problem too. So she really needs to get a good TV antenna and I told her to browse through these antenna reviews which would be useful for her.
While she still does not have that TV, we have to make do of her iMac when we want to watch a movie or something at her home during family gatherings on special occasions or when we go there when she baby sits our little boy for us sometimes. We may get to watch movies but not our fave tv shows. There was one time we have to rush to our own home to watch a reality TV’s last episode which I don’t want to miss.
Safety Clothing
I remember watching one of the long running television series at Discovery Channel a few weeks ago and at that time the little boy suddenly got curious at the people working being featured in that particular episode I was watching then. They were wearing those white suits and coveralls similar to the one shown in the picture as protective clothing and disposable clothing that are strong, fluid resistant and breathable.
I tried to explain to the little boy that they were wearing those safety clothing to give them industrial chemical protection. The little boy must have thought they were astronauts remembering one movie we watched a few days before then where the characters were wearing white space suits.
Craving for Soup
I have been craving for soup this day and hubby was able to find and buy two orders of it from different stores. First one was for our brunch at lunch time and he bought it at one of the stores in front of the school that sells the pork barbeque that has been our favorite viand since we started buying there. It just costs 30 per order and so we can save a lot plus hubby and I love the tender pork that they used. If we can order two of that tomorrow and it’s still hot then that will be good enough for me! Hubby said we missed my mom making soup most of the time when we were still living in my parents’ house. My mom loves soup and now I realized I really missed that!
