Good Option

Before I hit the sack, I browsed for one last time for the right place where one can find a good option for natural colon cleansers. Since December,there is always a chance and excuse to eat during family gatherings and special occasions. My mom and sisters has been telling me to watch what I eat. I have controlled how much I eat but what I eat is something I must have total control of too. If you wanna live longer then it helps too to detoxify your colon. There are said to be natural options for colon cleansing and I wanna know what these options are. I’ll keep on my research coz i know someday if not soon I need to use what I’ve learned in order to prevent any problems with the colon and avoid as much as possible the concern that someone I knew has right now. It isn’t easy for her and the last thing I want is to put my family through what she has gone and is going through right now.

Random Breakouts

While there is shortage of water in the country as reported on the news now, on the other hand, our teenage neighbor did not have any shortage instead an abundance of blackheads which if you may know causes random breakouts. He was upset this afternoon when his friends were somehow making a fun of his condition. I think it is best he finds a safe and effective way of undergoing blackhead extraction so that the random breakout he has now won’t spread anymore. I guess he is also at the stage when hormonal changes and other factors causes these random skin breakout on his face. There are treatments available in the market and he just have to find the right that would really work for him and not cause more damage on his face. The last thing he needs now is to have another reason for his friends to make fun of him more.

Another Blessing

Another blessing is on the way for a friend and her hubby. We used to be neighbors but they have moved to their own house in another subdivision and we rarely see each other anymore. We were able to meet them on our way our Valentine’s dinner yesterday.

Our friend is three weeks pregnant with their second baby. Come to think of it our lil boy is older than their eldest. She gave birth through normal delivery unlike me. Finally those prenatal vitamins she had been wanting to give to me before would be put to good use now. She did offer me those vitamins similar to the one my OB were giving but we were not able to meet again anymore until after I gave birth to our lil boy. So she promised she’ll give me some when I do get pregnant again. She knows someone who supplies those vitamins and they were the same ones the OB recommended to me before. I just told her to still take care of herself and her baby. They are hoping this will be a boy now since they already have a girl and they said that will be enough already. But as for me personally if we were given another blessing, boy or girl, as long as the baby is perfectly healthy then that’s great with me.
